HIGH-TECH CENTRE FOR ORTHOTICS AND PROSTHETICS - Official Opening

Official Opening of the High-tech Centre for Orthotics and Prosthetics took place in July the 12th 2006 in ING corporation premises. The project of the capital investment was part-financed by European Union and municipal authority within the Joint regional operation programme (SROP). We were glad that the representatives of municipal authority, local authority in Frýdek-Místek, project engineers, constructional companies and our partners in long term cooperation i.e. health facilities, universities, profession associations, prosthetic workshops, Icelandic company Ossur representatives and others have accepted our invitation. The operation of High-tech Centre for Orthotics and Prosthetics is aimed on the activities in the field of prosthetics and orthotics, research and development of orthopaedic aids, production and assembling of the products for orthotics and prosthetics with the application of high-tech materials and technologies.
