Amputee
A person who has had all or part of a limb removed/amputated or is born without the limb.

Person who, having completed an approved course of education and training, is autorized by an appropriate national authority to design, measure and fit orthoses and prostheses (also known as CPO).
Partial foot amputation
Amputation of the lower limb distal to the ankle joint.
Prosthesis
Externally applied device to replace wholly, or in part, an absent or deficient limb segment.
